The High Plane Drifter lives and works in the development aid industry in a high desert capital in the Middle East. He hails from Texas and has lived abroad many years in exotic locales, generally in the developing world but not always, and has traveled extensively, on airplanes, so perhaps you catch his drift on his blog handle. Anyway, Clint E. is one of his matinée idols, so he tips his sombrero to him. He hopes you enjoy his random ramblings about life in the “aid industry” overseas, posts about Longhorn football games (he’s a TexasExe and a “burnt orange blood”), travels here and there, and just stuff that comes to mind.
